Budget Resolutions Speech

On Monday (11th March 2024) I gave a speech during the Budget Resolutions Debate. I spoke about the Governments lack of plans in the Budget for reaching our Net Zero targets, with no plan to drive investment, renewables and low-emissions energy. I outlined Labour's plans for a green, sustainable clean energy future.
