World Mental Health Day


Today, is a chance to raise awareness, show support, and fight for better mental health care for all. Mental health affects us all, whether personally or through our loved ones. It doesn't discriminate by age, gender, or background, and yet, stigma still holds many people back from seeking help.


As your MP, I’m committed to pushing for a mental health system that works for everyone. That means more funding for services, shorter waiting times, and integrated support in our schools, workplaces, and communities. We must ensure that mental health is treated with the same urgency as physical health.


Let’s keep talking, keep listening, and keep fighting for a society where no one feels alone in their struggles. Remember, reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
